Wednesday's march started in Howard in eastern Knox County, and passed along the Kokosing Gap Trail to Danville, where the marchers picked up the Mohican Valley Trail to Brinkhaven. It was a cold start (a little snow on the ground) but the marchers, and the sun, quickly warmed up. Maggie the border collie also loved all the country smells, and they all encountered a horse and buggy along the trail too (and a couple stray dogs).

The Dayton walkers didn't travel the furthest for this leg.one of Ohio HealthCare CU's employee's sisters and husband flew in the night before from Switzerland !  It was obvious they do a lot of hiking in the Alps based on the speed of their gait!

Bill Butler joined us and spoke about maximizing the on-line fundraising resource.encouraging us to get our teams to sign up as 'virtual' walkers to raise money for MM.  We have a long way to go to make our fundraising goal.  He also mentioned putting your MM personal page link on your facebook site.  That way, friends and family members all over the country can donate without you even having to send them an email.

The march ended at the "Bridge of Dreams", Ohio's longest covered bridge.
