Champions Across America presented by CO-OP Financial Services is a Children's Miracle Network program that honors remarkable children who have triumphed despite severe medical challenges. For their courage, tenacity and perseverance, the children on these pages have been selected as ambassadors for the 17 million kids treated each year at Children's Miracle Network children's hospitals.

On behalf of their credit union partners across the country, CO-OP Financial Services sponsors the Champions and their families as they travel to Washington D.C., and Walt Disney World to raise awareness about the important work performed at children's hospitals.
